Alexandra Perreira is a strategic and results-oriented executive specializing in transforming people practices and building high-performance cultures for technology companies and mature businesses.
As Feedzai’s Fractional Chief People Officer, she leads the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention to drive growth and enhance human capital strategies.
With a deep understanding of organizational behavior and a passion for developing talent, Alexandra brings a wealth of experience to her roles. She has a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable people practices, improving employee engagement, and fostering inclusive workplaces.
In addition to her role at Feedzai, Alexandra serves as a Board Member for Sogrape, where she provides strategic guidance on human capital matters.
Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from ISPA – Instituto Universitário and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
